お客様一人一人のご要望にお応えして丁寧に製作させて頂きます。木材選びから各パーツに至るまでの全てをお客様ご自身で選択して頂き、オリジナルのウクレレを作りあげていきます。

⭐︎2026年のカスタムウクレレの生産枠は既に埋まっております。2027年のカスタムウクレレの生産枠は残り8枠です。

注文の流れ

1.ページ下部の「注文フォーム」にご希望の仕様をご記入の上、送信してください。

2.メールにて仕様についてご相談・調整いたします。

3.仕様が確定次第、ご注文が正式に完了となります。

4.製作開始金のお支払い

※見積価格の10%を前払い（国内＝銀行振込/海外＝PayPal経由）

5.製作開始のお知らせメール

※この段階までであればキャンセル可能です。ご連絡いただければ、前払い金は全額返金いたします。

6. 残金のお支払い確認後、発送いたします。

7. 到着時の検品

●生産開始後の仕様変更について

⇨製作開始後の仕様変更は可能な限り対応させていただきますが、原則としてご注文時にお約束した仕様で進めさせていただきます。そのため、ご希望の仕様が満たされていることを確認するために、必要に応じて何度でも電子メールでご連絡させていただきます。

●ご注文キャンセルをご希望の場合はメールにてご連絡ください。製作開始のご案内メール送信後30日以内にご返信が無い場合、ご注文は自動的にキャンセルとさせて頂きます。この場合、前払い金は返金できませんので予めご了承ください。

●冬季のお手入れには十分ご注意ください。エアコンの風を受けたり、屋外の乾燥した空気の中でプレーする場合は注意してください。ひび割れの最も一般的な原因は湿気です。 1年保証期間を過ぎた場合は有償修理となります。

●お届け後の微調整・アフターケアについて：新品楽器お届け後１年間は弦高調整やフレット周りのアフターケアを無料保証させていただきます。ただし、送料はお客様のご負担となります。

※このオーダーシートは海外受注ベースで構成されているため、国内オーダーの際は税関発送手続き諸経費分の$50をお見積り額から減額します。

⭐︎The production slots for custom ukuleles in 2026 are already filled. There are 8 slots left for custom ukuleles in 2027.

Order Flow

1.Please select and enter your desired specifications in the "order form" at the bottom of the page and submit it.

2.We will discuss and refine the specifications via email.

3.Your order will be officially completed once the specifications are finalized.

4.Deposit of production start fee

※10% of the estimated price paid in advance (via PayPal)

5.Notification email of production start

※You can cancel up to this point, just let us know and we'll refund your deposit in full.

6.Shipment will be made after confirmation of remaining balance

7.Inspection upon arrival

8.Delivery is complete

⚪︎ You will also be responsible for any customs duties associated with shipping. 

⚪︎Shipping costs are a flat rate of $200 for North America, Hawaii, Australia, and Europe. (Except Domestic order)

⚪︎For customers overseas, a hard case is mandatory, as it is required for air transport. Please understand that a $120 fee will be charged for the case.

Other things to note

●Regarding specification changes after production has begun

⇨I will accommodate specification changes after production has begun if possible, but we will generally proceed according to the specifications agreed upon at the time of order. To that end, I will contact you via email as many times as necessary to ensure that your desired specifications are met.

●If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me by email. If I do not receive a reply within 30 days of sending you an email informing you that production will begin, your order will be automatically considered canceled. Please note that in this case, the advance payment will not be refunded.

●Please take special care when caring for your instrument in winter. Be careful when playing down the wind from an air conditioner or in dry outdoor air. Humidity is the most common cause of cracks. Repairs beyond the one-year warranty period will be charged.

●Regarding fine-tuning and after-sales care after delivery: We guarantee free adjustment of string height and after-sales care for the fret area for one year after delivery of your new instrument. However, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
